On the morning of April 10th, the kick-off meeting of  CSG PVTECH  DSS safety management promotion project was successfully held in the training room on the second floor of Building A of the company. Han Qiming, deputy general manager of DSS, Li Zhihong, project manager, Zhang Xinlin, assistant director of operation of solar energy division, Sun Xiaopu, assistant general manager, heads, directors and employee representatives of all departments of the company attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, Chen Cheng, director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, elaborated on the safety management improvement project in detail. He said that safety is the foundation of an enterprise and the cornerstone of a stable and far-reaching development. Without safety, the development of an enterprise will lose its meaning. Combining with the current safety management situation of the company, he stressed that the company urgently needs to strengthen personal safety management awareness and establish the safety management concept of "safety work starts with me". He hoped that under the professional guidance of DSS, in view of the problems diagnosed, he would provide methods to improve the status quo, establish a system based on the long-term and create a good corporate safety culture atmosphere.

Later, Sun Xiaopu thanked and welcomed the arrival of DSS experts. He said that in order to develop healthily and long-term, enterprises must put safety management in the first place. The company should narrow the gap with front-line enterprises in safety management, further strengthen risk management and supervision, strictly implement safety management rules and regulations, create a long-term operating mechanism, and open the road to sustainable development.

Then, DSS experts elaborated the promotion schemes of Dongguan Photovoltaic on "the introduction of the concept of inductive leadership and linear responsibility" and "the promotion and strengthening of electrical safety management" respectively, and introduced the systematic and feasible schemes for the company's safety management promotion.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Zhang Xinlin of the Division made a concluding speech. He emphasized that Dongguan Photovoltaic should make feasible improvement plans and implementation plans based on DSS safety management experience and safety management system, learn and improve systematically, consolidate the foundation of  CSG PVTECH  safety management system, enhance the level of safety management ability, and realize the strategic goal of sustainable operation of the enterprise.
