On the afternoon of July 12, the 2024 New Talent Meet-and-Greet at Dongguan CSG PVTech Co., LTD was successfully held in the training room on the second floor of Building A. The event was attended by leaders from the general manager’s office, department manager representatives, outstanding talents of previous years, and all new talents from the 2024 cohort.
At the beginning of the meeting, each new talent gave a brief self-introduction, shared their personal experiences since joining the company, and discussed their new understanding of CSG as well as plans for their future work. Many expressed that through the recent training sessions, they felt the care and guidance from leaders and colleagues at all levels of the company, and they look forward to starting a new professional life and journey at Dongguan CSG PV.
Next, representatives from previous cohorts, including Kong Denian from the 2009 class and Zhong Fojin from the 2014 class, shared their work experiences and life lessons. Zhong Fojin congratulated the new talents on joining the company and encouraged everyone to continually learn new job knowledge during their initial rotation while adhering to company regulations. He emphasized the importance of not fearing hard work and the need to continually improve oneself while learning about the company’s product processes. The sharing from past new talents effectively alleviated the newcomers' fears and uncertainties about their future roles, reinforcing their confidence in joining CSG and filling them with belief for the future.
The "Passing on the Torch, Mutual Encouragement" mentor-mentee pairing aimed to leverage the guidance and support from mentors. Following this, under the host's direction, a mentor acknowledgment ceremony was held, where the new talents served tea to their respective mentors. In a solemn atmosphere, the mentor-mentee pairing agreement was signed, clearly defining the obligations and responsibilities of both parties. This was a sacred moment, a small commitment that carried a heavy responsibility. Although the signing ceremony was brief, its significance was profound.
Finally, Wu Wei, a leader from the general manager's office, elaborated on the importance of new talents to the future development of the company. He warmly congratulated the newcomers on their arrival and expressed gratitude to everyone for choosing CSG and Dongguan CSG PV, injecting fresh energy and strength into the company. He hoped that the new talents from the 2024 cohort would quickly integrate into the company and seize opportunities. Additionally, the company would establish a robust training mechanism, providing both professional theoretical knowledge and one-on-one job guidance to ensure rapid growth and development for the new talents. Wu Wei expressed high expectations for the newcomers, encouraging them to showcase their new ideas and methods, speak through results and actions, and contribute their value to the company’s development.
