May 11, 2024, Dongguan CSG-PVTech held specialized training sessions on "Photovoltaic Industry and Development" and "Sales Management System" in the training room on the second floor of Building A. The training aimed to enhance employees' comprehensive understanding of the photovoltaic industry and strengthen the implementation of sales management systems.

Approximately 30 colleagues from the Marketing, Purchasing, and other departments participated in the training. The sessions were conducted by Mr. Feng Changbo from the General Manager's Office and Ms. Wen Mingchan, Business Director of the Marketing Department.

Mr. Feng Changbo commenced the training by sharing his profound industry expertise and insights. He provided a macro perspective on the photovoltaic industry, discussing its development trajectory, current status, and future trends. He analyzed advanced management methods used by industry leaders and explored the company's development direction based on its unique characteristics. His comprehensive and detailed explanation enabled participants to gain a clearer understanding of the photovoltaic industry. For new employees, it was an enlightening journey of knowledge discovery.

Following Mr. Feng, Ms. Wen delivered her session with a rigorous and meticulous approach, simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding. She emphasized the importance of sales management systems by covering contract signing approval, delivery processes, complaint handling, and contract archiving. Her explanation deepened participants' understanding of the sales system and underscored its significance.

The study of industrial history acts as a compass, guiding us in defining our industrial positioning, while mastering the sales system provides a solid foundation for the company's steady development. Through this training, participants gained a better understanding of the photovoltaic industry's prospects and are more determined to work hard to expand the market and promote stable and sound growth for the company.
