On May 18, 2024, CSG-PVTech held a training on "Excellent Manager Development - Team Management" on the second floor of Building A. Over 40 middle and senior managers, including members from the General Manager's department and core staff, participated in the training, which was conducted by Gan Yingying, the Manager of the CSG Group's Human Resources Department.
At the beginning of the training, Ms. Cao, the Human Resources manager of CSG-PvTech, introduced the theme, notes for the training, and the instructor. Following her introduction, Mr. Wu, the General Manager of the Manager's Department, delivered an opening speech. He noted that there’s an obvious overall downward trend in the photovoltaic industry, where overcapacity has led to losses across the entire value chain currently. Hence, the company's business operations and development are facing significant challenges. However, to address these challenges, the company is actively exploring new business growth opportunities and differentiated products to achieve transformation and upgrading. This training activity is a timely blessing, providing all participants a valuable learning opportunity, which is not only stimulates more innovative thinking, but also improves management levels and teamwork spirit, as well as inject new vitality into the company's future development. At last of his speech, Mr. Wu encouraged the trainees to fully immerse themselves in the training and gain as much valuable insights as possible.
Following Mr. Wu's speech, Ms. Gan leveraged her extensive knowledge base to combine theory with practical enterprise operations for everyone. She delivered a detailed explanation on enhancing leadership, team management, 4D leadership, improving team cohesion and execution through emotional management, the FPA personality color test, and more, which is a vivid and engaging training experience for the participants. During the training, Ms. Gan engaged the trainees' initiative and exploration of excellent and effective management through online questionnaire tests, on-site interactions, group discussions, and scoring. The trainees actively participated in discussions and brainstorming to better know their personal traits and how to become an effective manager. Meanwhile, they reflected on issues encountered in daily management work and formulated action improvement plans and measures.
Throughout the training, participants were brimming with ideas and voiced their opinions enthusiastically, actively engaging in discussions. Managers serve as the backbone of the enterprise and are pivotal in its strategic implementation. They are also the driving force behind the company's sustained growth. Exceptional managers are indispensable assets to the company and surely grasp the significance of learning good management practices for the company's future development. Additionally, through this training, participants not only acquired insightful management knowledge but also cultivated a profound understanding of the importance of teamwork.
